Cancellation & Late Policy At BBluxe Laces we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and respectful scheduling experience for everyone, please review our cancellation and lateness policy: Grace Period: Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for their appointment. If you arrive within this window, your appointment will proceed as scheduled. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to adjustment, and some services may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Cancellations After 30 Minutes: If you are 30 minutes late or more, your appointment will be automatically canceled and you will be charged 20% of the service , it will be considered a no-show. You may be accommodated if time permits or rescheduled. No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: No-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee you will be charged and may be denied booking future appointments. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit are required to secure your appointment. This deposit will go toward your service total. Thank you for respecting our time and policies!
